Creative Director
At just 23 years old, Sebastián Montes de Oca is the Founder of Inspire Lat. Known for his strategic mindset, he galvanizes creativity, technology, and business insight to design stories that inspire action and deliver measurable growth.
His experience spans marketing, sales development, and nonprofit leadership. He was involved in projects of multi-billion-dollar scale, working alongside key government officials and professionals from Silicon Valley companies such as NVIDIA, Oracle, Accenture, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Educated at Texas Tech University and ULACIT, Sebastián represents a new generation of Latin American leaders merging creativity, empathy, and innovation to bridge Silicon Valley’s vision with Costa Rica’s potential.
Deon Rich
Head of Web Development
Deon Rich is the Head of Web Development at Inspire Lat, where he blends technical precision with creative problem-solving to craft seamless, high-performing digital experiences. A full-stack developer fluent in both frontend and backend technologies—including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js—he transforms design concepts into scalable, reliable, and visually striking web platforms.
